Q. How do I move my current site to PolarWebServices?

A. (If you need help with moving your site to Polarwebservices, please don't hesitate to contact us!)

Each situation is different; however, generally, there are 3 basic steps you need to take in order to move your site from your current hosting company to Your Host, as follows:

1) Select and order the appropriate Your Host package;

2) Move the contents of your current site to your new site. Setup email accounts, forwarders, auto-responders, database etc. If your old host uses cPanel you can simply use the full backup feature, upload the full backup to your root directory, contact us using our helpdesk and we will restore the backup for you.

3) Change the name of the server for your domain at the registrar where your domain is registered. Within 24 to 48 hours the changes you’ve made should start to take effect.

Reseller Hosting Pricing Changed

We have lowered our reseller webhosting pricing! Everyone's amount of bandwidth and other features have stayed the same but the price got lowered. Also nice discounts have been applied to quarterly/bi-annual/annual payment options! If you wish to change billing cycle, please contact helpdesk.

Existing reseller accounts with quarterly/bi-annual/annual billing have had free hosting months added to their billing cycle according to pre-paid hosting.

We have also made a discount coupon TENOFF which gives $10 discount for new reseller hosting signups. It is valid until August 31st 2009.
